D. Subhash is a highly experienced trainer, mentor, and industry expert in direct selling. With 20 years of experience in direct selling and 15 years as a trainer, he has transformed the careers of thousands of direct sellers across India.

He has trained over 100,000+ individuals and worked with 60+ direct selling companies, providing insights, strategies, and skills to achieve sustainable success. His expertise lies in leadership development, sales training, public speaking, personality development and business growth.

Recognizing the need for structured education in the direct selling industry, he founded D SUBHASH EDUCATION & SUPPORT SYSTEM in 2008. He is also the Co-founder of Network Express Foundation and host of the "Winner's Talk — Voice of Victory" podcast.
